A lifetime guarantee means no questions asked.

Whether it’s natural wear and tear, a particularly hard fall or just a freak accident, we’ll take care of it. Don’t worry about digging through the trash for a receipt or doing the mental math to figure out how long it’s been since you purchased your multitool –we’ve got you covered.

Oh, and because we know there are a million things you’d rather do than waste time figuring out a complicated return policy, we simplified the process to make sure it won’t take more than five minutes of your time. Whether you’re returning, repairing or replacing your multitool, everything can be done in just three easy steps:

1. Take a photo of the damaged/defective product

2. Submit a ‘service request form’ with accompanying photo.

You can fill-out and submit this form directly on our website, just don’t forget to upload the photo you already took (showing where the product is damaged). The staff at Sierra will review your photo to determine whether your multitool is repairable or permanently out of commission – either way, we’ll shoot you an email back promptly to let you know.

3. If your multitool can be repaired, we will pay for shipping by sending you a shipping label so you can get it back to us. We’ll take care of the rest, including sending it back home to you. We’ll send you the details in the email.

If your multitool needs a replacement, we will send you a brand new one. No need to send us back the broken tool. After receiving confirmation from a Sierra employee, just sit back and wait for your new multitool to arrive - at no cost to you.

NOTE: The Sierra Lifetime Guarantee does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.
